We were at the Sun Valley Jazz Festival  in 2022

up in Sun Valley, Idaho. Here are the drawings done of the musicians, who were wonderful, but constantly in motion, hence the gestural nature of the drawings. Fortunately, musicians tend to take similar stances as they play, so roughing in a gesture allows, sometimes, to return to the parts as they step into the pose. Lots of switching back and forth through the sets between drawings to grab an arm here and a head there, and trying to pay attention to hands and fingers so that chords are more or less proper.
