This little sketch of pastries is from a morning visit to the Water Street Bistro. It was done to raise funds for the Bistro which is, here in Petaluma, the extended kitchen and family room for many of us. Stephanie's food is to die for and with prices that makes one wonder if she will die from undercharging us all!

little sketch, eh? wow.
yes, little sketch, which sold at the auction for a decent price in tandem with a dinner for eight!
your "little sketch" really does it's justice.....the pastries really do look like they are to die for!
my mouth is watering now in the middle of the night (1am)
Utterly scrumptious! Probably fattening. But who cares?
art, the fattening form of expression!
I surrender! Marvellous.
Kellie, I am flattered, and you are one extreme talent. The Balsko site is also a treasure trove of creativity. THANKS for making the connection
Thanks for the kind words, Chuck. But I've got nothing to touch your work from life. Those trucks earlier I particularly loved, as well as the last chicken! I stumbled on your blog via a long trail of plein air painters, and your work really stands out for its warm appeal.
kellie, I thank you very much for your words. I am honored.
